Caleb and Hannah are an amazing team. This was my wife and myself's second time buying a home but our rst time selling one so naturally we had many questions and concerns. Thankfully Caleb was always available and responded to all our inquiries fast which gave us more time to look for a new home that our family could fall in love with. He really took the time to get to know our wants and needs. Our goal was to sell our home and move into a new one with as little time in between as possible, and even though we had family to stay with in the event a longer time frame was needed, Caleb went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase transition smoothly. He got us into our new home within a couple days of selling our old home. needless to say we are very impressed with his sense of urgency and attention to details as he worked for us. Caleb and Hannah Hanson were everything we expected out of a real estate team and more. It is safe to say they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satised with every aspect of the home buying process.

They made themselves available at any hour, either via phone call, text or email. They always came back with all the information we needed and then some, and made sure that every question or concern we had was addressed.

They were both very courteous, polite, kind and most of all engaged in making sure the job was done at 100% at all times. They showed us plenty of homes, made sure we had access to view homes we were Interested in and put in our bids once we had decided on the home we wanted.

Caleb explained everything in regards to the paperwork, and walked us through the entire document and answered all questions.

I would denitely recommend Caleb for someone looking for their dream house. We rst met him via video chat since my husband and I couldn't leave our apartment due to being busy with taking care of a newborn. He was very understanding and accommodating with our situation. During our initial interview with him, he taught us about the house buying process and what should we expect from him. We told him that we were looking for a house with a nice, spacious backyard so our daughter could play there when she grows up. Caleb would send us possible house recommendations via email based on what we were looking for. He was always available during house viewing. He would give us his insight about what was good about the house and things that we need to look for that might cause issues for us. He would give video presentations of the market analysis of the houses that we wanted to make an oer. We could tell that he really made an eort into it. As a rst time home buyer, my husband and I did not feel any stress or pressure because of Caleb. He made sure that all our questions were answered. He walked us through every step. His wonderful wife Hannah, helped us arranging schedules to view houses. I was impressed that she could set us appointments for up to 3 or more houses in a day. She was so organized and detail oriented. For example, she would give us estimates about the driving time and distance of the houses that we were going to view. She would give us updates about the process and friendly reminders to sign documents that were needed. She was always available to assist us. Both of them work as a great team. When we nally bought the house that we like, his whole family came to welcome us. They were so thoughtful and they even gave us a housewarming basket. It was nice to meet their four beautiful daughters as well. The whole house buying process was smooth sailing. It was a wonderful experience working with Caleb and his team. We were happy that we were able to work with a professional, honest and friendly agent like him.

I bought and later sold my first house with Caleb and his team. I wish I could work with him for every home transaction, but unfortunately I moved too far away.

When you work with Caleb you get more than an agent, you get a team of people who are always available to help when you need it. Because there are people dedicated to doing the paperwork and communicating with cities, counties, escrow etc it means that Caleb can focus on the communication between you and the buyer or seller. Caleb is always professional and knowledgeable and will remain the calm voice if reason throughout your process.
