The home buying process could have not gone any smoother than it did with Caleb Hanson. My wife and I were expecting the birth of our rst baby girl on April 2019 so we needed to nd a home within two months. We rst met with Caleb mid-December 2018 at his oce in Glendora. He was very professional and was eloquent in breaking down the whole home buying process. My wife and I were rst-time home buyers so it was imperative that we worked with a realtor who was understanding of our needs. We needed a ready-to-move-in home with minimal work needed as my wife was ready to pop in less than three months. We have heard through many friends that we would need to look at over two dozen homes before we would nd the right one. Instead we only looked at six homes to nd the home we wanted to make an oer on. I do not want to go without saying how awesome Caleb's assistant/wife was (Mrs. Hanna Hanson). She was quick to respond to our questions when Caleb was not readily available. Caleb and his team exceeded our expectations and before we knew it we were handed the keys to our new home by the rst week of February! We were welcomed by Caleb, Hannah and their beautiful daughters. A nice big red ribbon on our front door and a "Welcome Home" basket full of delicious goodies were sitting on our replace.
