Make Your Life Better
Have you ever wished you had a way to make conflict conversations productive rather than destructive? Have you ever wished you could find a way to create more freedom in your time while still taking making sure all the important things get the attention they deserve? Have you ever wished you could find an effective way to build helpful habits and remove unhelpful ones? I have made every one of these wishes and many more in my life journey. Along the way, I’ve discovered some principals and tools that helped me grow and succeed as a business professional, husband, father, friend, and leader, and I want as many people as possible to benefit from them.
Attend Only for Relevant Topics
After considering a variety of options and formats, we settled on a Saturday morning breakfast about once a month that will center around a certain personally or professional growth topic. We’ll send out invitations a few weeks in advance announcing the topic that month, and if you find value in the topic that month, you can sign up.
No Cost, No Sales, No Strings – Just Growth
We intend this as a gift to our sphere of influence with no sales pitches, recruiting, or other strings attached.
What to Expect if You Attend
We’ll open with 15 minutes or so for people to share why they’ve come and what they want to learn if they want to share. It’s perfectly okay to just quietly observe and take it in. After that, I’ll share some tools and principals that have helped me a lot around that month’s focus topic for about 25 minutes. Then, we’ll have another 20 minutes or so to interact with those ideas together. This might include Q&A with me, sharing how the ideas I presented relate to situations people are experiencing, or doing an exercise together to create some useful action steps. We’re aiming to make the whole experience happen in about an hour and a half.
