For a long time we knew of Caleb Hanson, Realtor who walked our neighborhood frequently passing out his newsletter on real estate. He was always friendly and seemed very knowledgeable of how the market was doing. So, when we decided to put our 1887 Victorian home & rentals on the market (all at the same time) we included Caleb in our interviews with other well experienced realtors. Pleasantly impressed with Caleb's property assessment & presentation, we felt he had the needed expertise to get what we felt was a very unique property sold. He was condent, determined and assured us that he would see the sale through no matter what obstacle might need to be overcome.

He and his work partner & wife Hannah oered many suggestions & recommendations on how to market our property for the ultimate exposure to potential buyers.

He wasted no time getting our home advertised in newspapers. Hannah went the extra mile & researched with the Historical Society for more information on our old Victorian home. They created a beautiful handout brochure that shared the timeline of this old house. Our properties were listed on every media property sale site he was aware of. Caleb even went to a special meeting in Arcadia that gave him only a few minutes to present our property. He held back no effort to get our info out to the real estate market. He and his team skillfully orchestrated Broker/Agent open houses, brought in extra help to assist in the walk through. This was very comforting to us the sellers, knowing it was a well organized and coordinated event. He and his team assisted us diligently through the completion of ALL the forms/documents with explanations & research as needed. Caleb more than kept his promise to see us through the sale of all our properties.

We had lived in this much loved old house for 42 years. It was such a life changing time in our lives and we feel Caleb was the right real estate professional to see us through this strenuous time. I met Caleb at an open house over a year ago and he and Hannah have been so patient waiting for me to be ready to purchase a home. They walked me through every process and did not mind repeating themselves every time I forgot what they had told me before.

When I was nally ready to purchase my home, they helped me answer every question I had. They never pushed me to make an oer on anything I did not want or they did not think was right.
